The Vancouver Opera presents Stickboy by Shane Koyczan. There's a Monster in all of us.
Bravely autobiographical, beautifully poetic, visually innovative and musically memorable, Stickboy confronts the uncomfortable reality of a society struggling with its own fear and insecurity, a society that seeks conformity and uniformity at the expense of those who are different.
I was asked to create my own version of a Monster for the play. Take a look here at the original Illustration and the Shadowy reflection of it painted at 1488 Adanac Street in East Vancouver.

The shirts are on 100% cotton American Apparel men's white T's and I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome and the attention to detail achieved in the silk screen process.
